In using the personal information obtained, our company will use it within the limits of the purpose of use, we will not use it outside the limits of the purpose of use.

  • The filming and recording of footage on security cameras for crime prevention.
  • in order to achieve the purpose of use in cases other than those described above where the purpose of use is specified.
  • Other legitimate reasons such as to comply with laws and regulations.
3. Laws concerning the handling of personal information and compliance with guidelines and other standards as prescribed by the national authorities.

4. Personal information management system and safety measures
Our company designates the person responsible for the protection of personal information, strictly manages and handles personal information, and takes thorough preventive measures and corrections so as not to allow unauthorized access, loss, destruction, tampering or leakage.

Regarding notification of the purpose of use of personal information, its disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use or erasure
We will respond according to laws and regulations without delay, in cases where there is notification from the customer regarding the purpose of use of his or her personal information, its disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use or deletion.
To request notification of the purpose of use of personal information, its disclosure, deletion, suspension of use or erasure please come in person to the service counter on the 5th floor of our company or mail a "Personal Information Disclosure, Correction or Erasure Record" with the necessary documents for confirmation.

Proof of personal identy (a copy of any one of the following)

  • Driver's license (Please black out with a marker pen, etc. if address is stated)
  • Health insurance card
  • Passport
  • Resident registration card
  • Alien registration card
Regarding notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use or erasure by a proxy, in addition to the above-mentioned procedure, a separate letter of proxy (in any format) that can be confirmed legally delegated should be sent by mail.
We will charge the actual cost of 500 yen in stamps (enclosed in the letter) or cash in connection with the notification and disclosure of the purpose of use of personal information.

The IKEUCHI GROUP acquired "ISO 9001" certification on April 21, 2006.
